At Winsupply of Shelton we start with an experienced staff and provide additional training to help our team stay on top of new products, designs and industry trends.  This allows us to continue to have an intimate knowledge on the products we sell, as well as the expertise to continue to provide innovative designs to our clients.

Customer Training

Besides simply having a trained, experienced staff to answer questions for our customers, we also provide a number of training options that help our customers get the knowledge they need to not only choose the right product, but we provide training and support for installation as well.  Winsupply of Shelton offers a number of ways to provide training to our customers including counter days, lunch & learns, factory training and much more!

Because of our experience, product knowledge and industry expertise, we not only have the resources to provide training to our customers, but we have an expert staff of designers that can help our customers implement sophisticated heating and plumbing solutions.

Thanks to an experienced staff, 110 years of history and a state-of-the-art infrastructure, Winsupply of Shelton has created an atmosphere that encourages training among staff and customers.  Training is offered in a variety of ways, from one-on-one discussions to troubleshoot a customer’s installation challenge, to offsite station events that accomodate 20 to 30 individuals.  In an effort to continue to provide a learning environment, a monitor has been installed in the counter area that constantly rolls video of product installations, as well as product features and benefits that customers can watch while they wait for their order to be pulled.

    Join us for coffee & donuts and learn about the latest products and technologies from the experts in the field.

  • Lunch and Learns

    Join us for lunch and learn from invited guests from throughout the industry.

  • After-hour Training

    Join us after-hours in our on-site training facility for topical updates and training.

  • Station Events

    We have off-site station events for larger groups of 20 to 30 attendees.

  • Staff Training

    To ensure that our staff can help our customers we have factory training events, quarterly Win-Academy classes that are designed with customer input, and on-site shop training for our sales and service teams.
